Our customer in Hong Kong is searching for a 10-way Power Distribution Panel with alarm function, specifically designed for installation inside a 19-inch rack cabinet.
Currently, the customer utilizes Conta-Clip terminals for their existing terminal application. However, due to the lengthy lead time and elevated procurement costs, they have opted for SIGNALMAX.NET to create a new Power Distribution Panel solution.
SIGNALMAX.NET has developed a 3U rack-mounted Power Distribution Panel that features DIN rail mounting and an integrated internal alarm card. The feed-through terminals are securely fixed using screw connections.

Mounting type: TS 35/7.5 and TS 32 DIN mounting rail
Rated cross-section: 10 / 16 mm²
Terminal width: 10 mm
All terminals are connected with low-friction, fire-resistant wires. The opposite ends of these wires are terminated directly to the alarm card for efficient monitoring and reporting.
The alarm card is specifically designed to monitor and report on the following parameters:
- Voltage (V)
- Current (A)
- Frequency (Hz)
- Power consumption (kWh)
- Phase failure / phase imbalance detection
Panel Structure:
- Top section: 2-pole MCB for incoming protection
- Middle section: Vertical DIN rail terminal blocks for power distribution and signal tapping
